New Birth,

Our church is a church that doesn't count the mmembers, but rather the members we can count on!  This year, New Birth will participate in the Relay For Life Event at Prichard Stadium on May 15, 2009.  I am asking each member of this church to register at http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR?pg=team&fr_id=15807&team_id=477269 and signup to participate.  This is a great program and all monies raised will go to the fight against cancer.  Let's always remember that greatness is not in the title, but the towel.  Jesus was a man that believed in serving others.  During this next month, in the midst of our Anniversary commitments, let's set aside some funds to help this iniative.  With our help, we are moving one step closer to cures.
