This is the official NBCC Employment Application for ALL PAID employees of the church.  Please complete and turn into the church office.  Once received, the proper church leader will contact you.

All ministries needing funnds from the church budget, MUST complete a budget request form and submit it by the First Sunday of December of each year.  The annual church budget is a part of our mission as a church. Therefore, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Please complete this form if your ministry needs to use any of the facilities for an activity. After completion, please submit to Gina Scott. 

All Ministries looking to host a CHURCH-WIDE MAJOR event at the church, must complete this form. This planning form is designed to help our church in various ways. The more productive we are in the planning and development of our events will be evident in the quality of the entire process.

Each ministry needing the van must complete a Van Request Form. Please turn in to the church office.

Please read the Church Van Usage Policy. Failure to comply will result in the loss of priveledges.

Every driver of the church van must have a Registration Form on file. Please complete this form and turn it in to the Deacon Board Chairman.
