Do I have to be a member to participate?
At New Birth we encourage participation by members and non-members alike and we welcome your support and your talents. In some ministries training may be required, but we will support you in any way that we can.

What programs do you have for Children & Youth ?
At New Birth we believe that children & youth are an integral part of our ministry. We also encourage our children & youth to get involved and so you will see them participating in all areas from special programs, to greeters or leading out in the entire service just to name a few. Currently, we offer the following ministries for our children & youth: choir, step team, liturgical dance, and mime.

Will I be asked to give money?
We want you to relax and enjoy the freedom of not being pressured to give. Giving is something we do every week as followers of Christ. Cheerful giving is a tangible opportunity for us to place our financial trust in God as we honor Him with our tithes and offerings

What are the service times?
Sunday School at 8:00AM
Sunday's at 9:00AM
Thursday’s at 12:00 NOON and 7PM

What should I wear to your services?
At New Birth we care more about meeting your needs rather than what you wear to Church. We offer a casual and relaxed atmosphere, so just come dressed however you feel comfortable. For some that may mean dressing up but for most it simply means wearing casual clothes. We just want you to enjoy the presence of God.

Will I be asked to stand and/or identify myself as a visitor?
We believe that most people feel uncomfortable standing and introducing themselves. So, while we want to get to know you and make you feel welcome, we will never embarrass you in any way. You can relax and enjoy meeting people at your own pace. However, we will have a visitor card in the worship bulletin for you to fill out and drop in offering basket.

What type of music do you sing?
Our anointed and talented worship team provides a passionate, contemporary upbeat style of music. We blend our music with a balance of worship and meditative songs to help people connect with God in an intimate way. We are a contemporary style church, but we value the “old hymns” as well. Most of all we strive for our music to be a reflection of our love for God.
